Mula nang maitatag noong September 1999, ang MSE ay nagdisenyo ng Marketing Plan para sa mga negosyante na may sariling network ng mga dealers. Karamihan sa mga produkto nito ay sapatos, apparel, bags, personal care at home products na distributed nationwide.

DISCOUNTS

Dahil wholesaling po ang MSE, magkakaroon lamang po kayo ng discount kung ang total gross single purchased amount ninyo ay P 1,000 pataas. Ang inyo pong total gross single purchase ay maaaring binubuo ng iba't ibang items.

Mayroon po tayong dalawang discount levels:

1st Level

Magiging 40% po ang inyong discount from 1st level kung mayroon kayong Php50,000 Group Net Paid-In Sales in 1 calendar month. Ang Group paid-in sales po ninyo ay personal net paid-in sales po ninyo at paid-in sales ng lahat ng inyong recruits na may 15%, 20% o 27%.

Total Group Paid-In Sales: Php 50,000 for the month of January. Sa February, 40% discount o 2nd level discount na po kayo sa Apparel, Shoes, Bags, Wallets, Home Products, Personal Care Products.

REBATES

Bukod po sa automatic discounts, mayroon ding iba pang mga karagdagang incentives ang isang MSE wholesaler in rebate form.

Ang amount nito ay depende po sa net paid-in sales ninyo sa loob ng isang buwan.

Mas malaking net paid-in sales, mas malaki po ang ibinibigay na incentives tuwing ika-10 ng susunod na buwan.

COMMISSION

Maaaring makakuha ng 2% o 8% Lifetime Commission ang isang recruiter mula sa kanyang mga recruits, kailangan pong masiguro natin ang mga sumusunod:

Una, ang Recruiter ay kailangang mag-maintain ng Php 10,000 na net paid-in kada buwan. Pangalawa, kailangan ding mag­maintain ng Php 2,000 na net paid-in sales kada buwan ang kanyang mga recruits.

Walang commission si Member A mula sa net paid-in sales ni Member D, dahil hindi ito naka-Php 2,000.

 

CREDIT LINE

Magkakaroon po kayo ng credit line sa MSE kung may accumu­lated net paid-in sales po kayo na Php 5,000 o higit pa.

Dalawa po ang levels ng ating credit line at ang amount and terms ng credit line nating ito ay depende po sa inyong total net paid-in sales. Ang mga sumusunod ay ang levels po ng ating credit lines.

Kailangan lamang po ninyong mag-issue ng post-dated checks bago ninyo ma-avail ang credit line na ito. Kailangan din po na mag clear muna ang post-dated check na ito na inyong inissue para po makasama o mabilang ito sa inyong paid-in sales.

How to qualify?

  1. At least Php 5,000 in Net Paid Individual Sales

  2. Proof of your checking account with the following:
    1. Check with your name b. Validated deposit slip
    2. Validated deposit slip
    3. Receipts of checks issued by bank

  3. Kung ang checking account po ninyo ay joint account, ang co-account ay dapat pong mag-submit ng:
    1. Bank certification nanagpapatunay na co-account holder sya
    2. Credit line application form and all its requirements

  4. Any of the following Proof of billing Address
    1. Telephone bill
    2. Barangay Clearance
    3. Electricity bill
    4. Water bill
    5. Post marked envelope of the letter you have received

  5. Paalala lamang po na ang Proof of checking account at Proof of billing address ay should not be older than 30 days.

  6. Sketch to residence

  7. 1 pc 2x2 ID Picture

  8. At least 2 valid IDs (Government-issued ID, Passport, Company ID)

  9. Personal appearance upon application for membership

  10. Must be 21-55 years old

CREDIT RATINGS

Credit Rating A - No hold or bounced checks

Credit Rating B - Has hold but no bounce checks.
Any member whose credit rating falls to B will have a 50% reduction in his credit line. Credit Rating A will be again awarded to the member a month after the settlement date of the bounced checks.

Credit Rating C - Has bounce checks. Any member who has a C credit rating will no longer be able to make credit purchases.

Credit Rating D - Has bounce checks that have already been turned over to the Legal Department or Lawyer for collection. Any member with a D credit rating will forfeit all membership benefits.

* lbabalik po ang Credit Rating A status ng wholesaler a month after the settlement date ng bounced checks.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Para po sa mga isa-sauli o papalitan na mga items, pinapayagan po kayong magpalit sa loob ng 60 days mula sa date of purchase.

7 Days: Appliances and Gadgets
60 Days: Shoes, Apparel, Bags, Belts, Wallets, Bra Non-Returnable: Intimate Apparel (Panties/Brief), Personal Care Products, MSE Home Products

Maaari po kayong magpalit ng kaparehong item pero ibang size o color. Maaari din naman pong ibang items ang ipalit. Siguraduhin lamang pong buo pa ang plastic, hang tag o kahon at dala natin ang ating Purchase Order ng biniling items na papalitan o isasauli.

SERVICE CENTER

Bago po kayo makapag-apply ng MSE Service Center, kai­langan po na mayroon tayong Php 200,000 monthly average net paid-in sales o Php 400,000 net paid-in sales in 2 consecutive months. Bilang Service Center, magka­karoon po kayo ng mga sumusunod:

  1. Lighted Single-faced Panaflex MSE Signage

  2. Exclusivity
    Kayo lamang po ang magiging MSE Service Center sa loob ng layong isang kilometre mula sa kinatatayuan ng inyong Service Center. Kailangan din po nating mag-maintain ng Php 200,000 monthly average net paid-in sales for every 3 consecutive months upang hindi ma-waive ang one (I) km exclusivity o ma-open sa iba ang ating location.

  3. Flooring Stocks
    Maaari po kayong bumili ng mga items na ang halaga ay aabot sa 50% ng inyong average paid-in sales sa nakalipas na tatlong buwan at ang terms ay 90 days.

  4. Surety
    Maaari po ninyong i-suretize o i-guarantee ang mga purchases ng inyong mga dealers ng hanggang 50% ng inyong average paid-in sales sa nakalipas na tatlong buwan.

HOW TO REGISTER

  1. Kung kayo po ay 18-65 years old, babae o lalaki.

  2. Mag fill-up lamang po ng registration forms sa mga MSE Branches nationwide o mag-register online. Siguraduhin lamang na may pirma at malinis ang inyong application form.

  3. Magdaia din ng dalawang Ix I ID pictures, preferably in white background. Ang mga "cut outs" at scanned photos po ay not allowed.

  4. Hindi rin po pinapayagan ang Double registration. Kung tayo po ay nagparegister muli, magiging void po ang ating mga susunod na registrations. In this case, ang mga mag-asawa po ay considered as one person, therefore, isa lamang po sa kanila ang maaaring mag register.

  5. Upon registration, you may appear as "walk-in", if not, you have to provide the name of your recruiter. Tandaan po lamang natin na ang pangalan ng recruiter ay hindi maaaring palitan at hindi naman po tayo maaaring maglagay ng pangalan ng recruiter once na tayo ay nag apply as "walk-in".

  6. In case of member's death, membership privileges can be transferred to his heir.
